GPS Insight Announces New Leadership to Accelerate Strategic Growth

SCOTTSDALE, AZ., June 22, 2023 — GPS Insight, a leading provider of SaaS-based fleet and field service management software solutions, today announces the appointment of Charles Layne as chief executive officer (CEO). In addition, Jevan Anderson has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO).

Charles Layne is well-known for his track record of achieving growth in international SaaS, technology services and software-enabled businesses that drive market leadership. Throughout his career, Layne has developed and deployed multiple IoT offerings that were focused on early adopter eSim technologies. These technologies are still utilized within many Global 500 firms today.

Paired with the firm industry reputation of GPS Insight, his vision will create opportunities for expansion and innovation that will drive further efficiencies and profitability for GPS Insight customers.

In addition to the new CEO, GPS Insight welcomes Jevan Anderson as CFO. Anderson has a 30-year career in corporate leadership, financial advisory, investment banking, corporate development and strategy consulting. He has held numerous public company officer roles and executed more than 100 merger and acquisition transactions with over $20 billion in aggregate consideration.

These leadership appointments come at a time of forward momentum for the company. As evidence to its strategic growth and innovation, GPS Insight was recently honored with the 2023 IoT Vehicle Telematics Company of the Year award by Compass Intelligence for the second consecutive year.
