SMS Terms of Service

Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of GPS Insight or by otherwise providing your phone number to GPS Insight, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as GPS Insight’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at the links provided here, or at gpsinsight.com. For purposes of these SMS Terms, “GPS Insight,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean GPS Insight, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates.

Opting into SMS Messages

By opting into any GPS Insight text program, you expressly consent to receive recurring product-related text messages at the cell phone number you provide us. By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to GPS Insight, you consent to receive transactional, operational, or informational telematics-related text messages from our Service at that phone number.

You may not enroll any phone number where you are not the current subscriber or an authorized user without obtaining explicit verbal consent from the current subscriber or an authorized user using the SMS Opt-In script below:

Do you consent to providing your phone number to GPS Insight and to opting into this program?

Please note we may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you understand and agree that all text messages may be sent using automated technology. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Cost

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 10 messages per month, but this can vary depending on your specific use of our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Eligibility and Change of Phone Number

By opting into GPS Insight’s text messaging program(s) or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to GPS Insight, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided, or that you have received explicit verbal consent via GPS Insight’s SMS Opt-In script.

If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to GPS Insight, you agree to notify GPS Insight immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms and GPS Insight’s Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use
By sending SMS messages via any services, features, or applications offered by GPS Insight, you agree to Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy. Failure to comply with either of these policies constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms and GPS Insight’s Terms of Service.

Changes to SMS Terms

These SMS Terms may be updated by GPS Insight at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in any GPS Insight transactional, operational, or informational text messages, you agree to any changes.
