GPS Insight is excited to release new features for fleet management reports and a new report user interface to help partners better manage their fleet and grow their business.
With these new updates, GPSI users can gather and analyze fleet data with ease, allowing them to see improvements in overall fleet performance.
Improved Report Functionality
With the new look and feel of data reports, users can run reports faster and easier without experiencing delays, lags, or time-outs. Reports can now be changed and customized, allowing viewers to:
- Expand time frames to run data back as far as January 1, 2022
- Sort, drill down, and filter reports by several critical data points, including date, vehicle type, driver, unit of distance (miles/kilometers), time zone, and more
- Change report criteria directly in the report, preventing the report from re-running if data needs to be updated
Enhanced Reports User Interface
GPSI’s updated user interface for reports provides instant insights in a view that works specifically for users’ unique reporting needs.
With our new interface, users are ensured that they’re seeing their fleet’s data exactly the way they need to, with:
- Insight-rich data using improved visual charts, graphs, and reporting that allow users to filter information
- A combined summary and detailed data views to streamline the reporting experience
- New data elements that are included in the “Summary” section, highlighting major data insights quickly and efficiently
Additionally, in-report changes can now be made directly in the report itself, modifying the provided data filters directly on the screen.
Upcoming
In the coming months, all GPSI partners will be able to experience the new, refreshed report view. GPSI will ensure a seamless experience around collecting, analyzing, and acting on fleet data during this transitional period. Additional report enhancements will allow partners to build their own reports, add or remove data fields, and more, providing enhanced flexibility and customization.
